Yes. We operate officially and sign a bilateral contract with every client. It sets out the terms and timeline of cooperation, the obligations and guarantees of both parties, and how the cooperation can be changed or ended.
We work with adult clients aged 18 and over, with no upper age limit. The matching depends not only on age but also on each person’s request, preferences, life situation and goals.
We work globally — with no restrictions on country, nationality, culture or religion. Each client’s individual preferences and criteria are taken into account when matching.

The passive database is our private, free database of women’s profiles who are not in a personal program with the agency. They can respond to suitable men’s profiles themselves, and we may contact them when we see a clear match on key criteria.
We guarantee that we will do our work in line with the contract and provide the agreed number of suitable introductions. We do not guarantee marriage or a long-term relationship, as that depends on mutual attraction, communication and the decisions of both people.
We take into account each client’s request: age, geography, values, lifestyle, interests, family and life plans, cultural and religious background and other important criteria. Every match is made individually.
